Can't get the v25.2.0 for Atom/winXP on neither of the suggested sites.

Now it is OK.

Was trying to get the most recent Atom build (for winXP) - only FossHub has it, all other sources either give me "404 error" or a stale version again.

Again three of the five download sources are stale - only Pale Moon mirror #1 and Pale Moon mirror #2 have v25.3.1, all others - still with the v25.3.0

Can you please quit reporting this? I have NO control over external mirrors and they WILL take time to update. Things are not instant when you deal with 3rd parties mirroring your applications. Google Play will take a few hours as well as is normal.
You have available mirrors, so use the ones that work. That is the point of having multiple mirrors, innit?

I apologize as well for the somewhat harsh response there; it had barely been 30 minutes since I posted the new version to receive what I saw as a complaint.

For reference in the future, mirrors and sites that are external to palemoon.org should be assumed run by third parties, and in general rely on someone else to update the software there or for the PAD files to be picked up in (often once-a-day) automatic, periodic checks. They are offered as alternative downloads and to distribute the load over different infrastructures with different connectivity options. Updates to these mirrors can take up to a few days but at the least expect a few hours or up to a day.
