I found that adblockplus still deny to show the ad banner even if is off or disabled, so a nice workaround is to use MISE Tab on that page, so we can have a really nice use for MISE after all! XD

It may not always show if there are no ads to show for your specific country or region at the time. That can change by the minute
I haven't set up a fallback banner (yet) for those cases, but I guess i can look into that.

I already put palemoon site as "show banners" mode. On MISE across IETAB I saw 11 ads for my region, starting with a Toshiba Data Center Marvel Comics' Exclusive Ad-comic. So the trouble is that maybe the EasyList already ban all banner exchange from google and is not easy to turnoff without mess with the list or code for fix that.

if ABP is -disabled- on the page (grey), then it won't block any ads or banners, period. So, something else must be blocking it that isn't ABP related.

FIX: Disable ABP on PM start page. If you have ghostery installed allow: Google Ad Sense and Double click. Text banners show after reload the page.

Haha Well I have no real control about the ads that are chosen Not sure why those advertisers bid to be put on a mostly tech forum
