I'd like to be notified with new topics only and not posts
Hi, I finally figured out how to subscribe to the Announcement's Forum. But I constantly receive emails when someone does a new post. Can I be updated only when someone posts a new topic? Like when Moonchild announces a new version or something. Thanks

The phpBB forum software doesn't allow this. You either get notifications about all posts or abut none at all.
Looking at a workaround suggested in the phpBB forum, I can probably do something similar, and completely disallow comments on the announcement board. I'll have to poke at it a little.
