Not-able to access the Sites Topic is solved

Here are the websites that i am not able to open , I am getting 403 Forbidden error on both of the sites.
I wants to download the latest palemoon source code to compile it in my aix.
Please if may you resolve this issue it will be a great help.

After clicking on both of the links you provided, both sites give me a 404 code.

And at this time, I am using 64 bit linux Pale Moon 33.2.0 running in 64 bit linux Mint 21.3 (Virginia) Xfce.

The server itself works but your request is blocked due a reason only the operator knows, so he needs to investigate that.

The 403 is unfortunately because you are in Kolkota/IN which I have had to block wholesale on the repo server because of endless account/spam flooding.
Your solution is to use a VPN or proxy with a point-of-presense outside of India.

Was that from a specific ISP?
Did their abuse desk react or just did nothing?

The ISPs involved are either non-responsive or aren't even listed as companies (probably shells for their SEO operations). Since this is the repo server, it's just been the most practical solution to stop playing whack-a-mole and block broadly. I'm talking about dozens of spam accounts daily from all over the region.
