Can't get email from palemoon's gitea

I tried to register a palemoon gitea account and it said that an activation email is sent to my email.
But I can't see any email from it in my email account, while I can receive emails from this forum.

SMTP logs show no issue with delivery of this activation e-mail, so if it got lost it's on your end somewhere. Please check your SPAM folder?

Checked but activation mail doesn't exist in either inbox or spam folder.
The mailbox service is provided by Office 365 and I wonder if anything I can do.

Well the only thing I can think of is using a separate e-mail address for it. There is literally nothing I can do on our end as it was all processed and delivered to Outlook servers normally.

I wonder if you can remove that gitea account so I can re-register with another email address?
