I'm not 100% sure which forum is the best for this one, but here goes...

The PM developer site is still http, not https. Is that intentional?

(I followed the steps below in "Some Other Browser, tm".)
First i was stopped before access, trying reload gave me entrance.
I suspect this has to do with browsers going to refuse access to http sites in the future.
(No big deal for me personally, but perhaps that url should be investigated.)

It's public information. There's no need to encrypt it. So yes, this is intentional. The site can be visited through http and https, by your choice.
The Pale Moon website is also available through both http and https.

Browsers making it hard to visit open, public sites that are not gated through https and the control of certificate authorities is IMHO a bad thing. And ultimately it's entirely up to them to limit users from visiting the web. There's already way too much gating going on on the web as a whole.
