There are too few of them - only 5 at https://addons.palemoon.org/personas/

And a persona in the newest "style of the theme used on www.palemoon.org" is missing too

There may be legal issues if they link to the wallpaper in question over here (as opposed to just using it on the site which would've been fair use, and anyone who downloaded it while it was up wouldn't make Moonchild liable), so it can't be directly offered when (presumably) the original author doesn't provide it for direct download under a CC license themselves.
