The FAQ is being phased out?

What is meant by the FAQ is being phased out? Do you mean by that that the FAQ is going to be left in an outdated state, but still accessible to the public, or do you mean that it is going to be taken down?
Some people (and that will only increase if we get more "not techie" or "not users) might find having to come here, to the forum, to be a bit intimidating. Not that forum-use is difficult in the slightest (especially when compared to the stuff that oh-so-many people opt for these days), obviously, but some people just don't like to get into all of this.
So if it does mean that you are planning to take down the FAQ, would you be willing to consider keeping either a condensed version of it up (containing answers to things that are probably not going to change much if at all), or the current version up, so as to answer basic questions that non-savvy Pale Moon users and/or Pale Moon users who don't tend to get into online discussions, might have?
