Subscription Notice Not Working

Some time ago, I subscribed to "Pale Moon for Linux-Release Announcements". Up until recently, I was receiving email notifications when there is a new post. However, today I did not receive a notice on the new post.
However, today I did receive a notification on another topic "Announcements" that I subscribed to. So it is working on some topics.
How do I fix this?

Yesterday I subscribed but I didn't post any notification of new post. Can you tell what is happening?

Try manually resetting the subscriptions that are buggy, it's possible that Subscriptions aren't honoured until after a first post have been made and approved.
