Search Queries

Unread post by Wewpt » 2017-04-11, 23:30

I was doing a phrase search for 'my posts' but the 'my' kept being stripped from the results. I tried wrapping it in quotes, but that made no difference. Is there any way to modify my query in such a way that it does not do this?

No. "my" is a too common word (occurs in too many posts on the forum) and as such will be ignored in searches to prevent too large query results (useless for the results and causes too much processing).

Understood. Was hoping there was a way to bypass this for intentional phrase searches.
