Change password problem

Help!!!!!!!!
This is not the correct thread for my need but I am having a email problem and went to sign in here. Forgot password and they sent me a temporary password. I activated it and logged in.. then went in to control panel to change password to my usual and it will not TAKE the temporary password for current password.
Please help.. I need to get in to ask a question.....and also where do I go to ask a question?? THANK YOU.. and sorry for crashing this current thread.

You copy and paste the Temporary Password, it's easier.
You might have typed the Temporary Password incorrectly.

An Admin will get in-touch with you, if you are still having any troubles.

Didn't work with the copy and paste either. sigh..
It just blanks out the new password and the old copied one every time...
I don't want to copy that huge password each time.
