There will be a temporary service interruption for mail delivery and ftp because the server has to be moved to a different network segment after peers blocked the provider's netblock the server is in for mail delivery (likely abuse reports). Expected downtime 1-3 hours during which mail delivery and FTP access will not be possible. This means new account registrations (for e.g. forum and repo) will not function during that time.
Hopefully after this move, we'll be on a more stable segment that won't be hit with peer restrictions on traffic this way. Seems "bad neighbours" comes with the territory on budget VPSes.
