Our server provider has indicated there will be a planned maintenance window on December 3rd and 4th, with outages of up to 2 hours for hardware upgrades.
Unfortunately this collides with our planned release for December, so the browser release will have to be postponed until December 5th, after the maintenance window, to ensure uninterrupted updates/downloads.
This maintenance will affect almost all of Pale Moon's web presence, including the forum and website.

Re: Planned maintenance December 3+4
question of newbie. When the update is rolling, have to download the new version to update? have autoupdate?
Re: Planned maintenance December 3+4
He's referring to the website and servers, not the browser itself. There's nothing for you to do but wait 2 days to access Pale Moon's servers.

Re: Planned maintenance December 3+4
It is in the preferences. If you want Pale Moon to update without asking, check the top option. If you want to be alerted to an update, check the middle option. If you don't want to update and don't want to be alerted, check the bottom option (not recommended).
