Is there a simple way to make this extension compatible with Pale Moon again?
With Pale Moon v27.3.0, the toolbar button is gone too.
Possibly a bug?

Yes, I just installed v52.0, and it works! :)
For some reason, the version that I were using was v50.3.
Dunno how it happened, cuz the add-on page says "Last Updated: March 21, 2017", and I downloaded it on April 28th (when PM v27.3.0 was released).
Only explanation I can think of is that I accessed a backup server at that time.
btw; that "Auto expand video description box" feature still doesn't work, but that's just a minor thing.
