Hi,
What's happened in many addons is that when I go to try and get a compatible older version of an addon for PM they all seem to cut off at FF29, nothing older. A little frustrating, no big deal. Just saying....

Out of curiosity, can you give a link for an add-on that gets cut off at FF 29?

There are several possibilities.. I can however rule out Mozilla interference as evidenced by: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/adblock-plus/versions/?page=1#version-2.6.9.1-signed (no ABP is still not compatible on a technical level but old Firefox versions are still up).
You could simply be running into extensions that only ever targeted Australis.. There are a lot of them.. Developers also may have taken down older versions.. You are being paranoid.
