Compatibility in PM 27.2.1: Tab Mix Plus, Restartless Restart

I seem to be seeing some incompatibility with a simple add-on called Restartless Restart in PM 27 and with Tab Mix Plus, I think only in 27.2.1.

Regarding Restartless Restart, the Restart element does not appear on the File menu as it should.

WRT TMP, the setting

Events > Tab Features > Ctrl-Tab navigates tabs in most recently used order

seems not to work. I've tried both the current version of TMP and one minor rev back (0.5.0.1/2). It seemed to work with the former version, then broke when I updated to current, then won't work when I go back to the prior version. Have written to the developer of TMP.

Has anyone else experienced problems of a similar or related nature?

Regarding Restartless Restart, the Restart element does not appear on the File menu as it should.
