Has Facebook the right to do this? ( to impose to download and use their antimalware shit?)
From a half a day I can't login in Facebook . First I thougt it is a virus but is not. Facebook say that my PC is infected but I can login with other profile with no problems. For me for now it happens only with PM and Firefox, not with other browser, but for others it seems no matter wich browser.
I dug about this subject and I found this:

They have the right to impose whatever arbitrary check they want if you agree to use their service. See their ToS; it's in there somewhere.Has Facebook the right to do this?

Yes , but only if the declared purpose is real and not a trick for something else. How Facebook detected that my machine is infected? ( mean time I made a scan with my AV-Bitdefender and there is no malware or viruses). And why the so called infection is detected under one single account and not with other accounts? And finally why the so called infection is not detected within other browsers/same account/same machine?

You'll have to ask Facebook.

My first guess would be that Kaspersky is giving Facebook money for this since it specifically says "Kaspersky." This is the second time I've seen a post like this. See this one: https://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=246472&p=1322550

That's even weird!
Yesterday was "scanner provided by Facebook and Kaspersky Lab".
Today is "scanner provided by Facebook and ESET"
I suspect...can be this a virus?
