Tab Duplicate Option

Unread post by databaseben » 2017-05-11, 13:51

Hello Palemoon,

Can you add the option of duplicating a tab, via the Right Click On Tab options?

While copy the url of a webpage on a tab, then opening a new tab and then pasting the url is easy enough, its a distraction and interruption when doing research on a specific site.

For example, when searching online dictionary for a term but then need to compare that term with others at the same site, duplicating the tab and changing out the term to see new results would help maintain focus, instead of using the above procedure.

Install the Tab Mix Plus add-on.
It has a lot of options for your tabs, including duplicating.
Tab Mix Plus, homepage

Right Links is also a very useful add-on.

With those two add-ons, you can use your mouse-buttons to open a link in:

Left: the same tab
Middle: (scroll-wheel) a new tab
Right: a new background-tab
