Pale Moon 27.2.1

Unread post by Marblex » 2017-04-10, 17:53

This website http://timbarron.net/entertainment/brit ... mysteries/ does not display properly. It's supposed to have dropdown menus above and to the left of the series name(s) activated by clicking on a + symbol. However as you can see, there are no dropdown menus, no + symbols and all series are already "displayed" as though they had all been dropped down.

This website displays fine on Chrome, which as I'm sure you're all aware, has many many more problems.

Can anyone suggest a fix?

Works for me. I am seeing the + symbols, and clicking on them drops down the info as I would expect. PM 27.2.1 x64 on Linux Mint.

Perhaps an extension is interfering -- are you using any ad blocking or script blocking extensions? Worst case, try restarting Pale Moon in safe mode and see if you get the same results.

I can confirm no +symbols with PM 27.2.1 (x64) on win8.1 (x64) - with no blocking add-ons at all.

I cannot reproduce any issue on that site. I confirm Nigaikaze's findings that it works just fine. + symbols show and will "fold open" panes with details.
Win 7 x64 with pale Moon 27.2.1 x86, with ABL installed even.

Could you elaborate a bit more about what software you turned off as I'm suffering the same problem. I have ABL disabled and to my knowledge I have no other blocking software installed.

For me it was adblock by adaware. I switched it off for the site.

May I suggest that your try the extension ABPrime - http://addons.palemoon.org/extensions/

Might work better for you.

Swapping ABL for ABPrime didn't make any difference, for me. Enabled/disabled, still no + symbols and drop downs.
