slow startup

Latest version (27.5.0) starts slowly sometimes, sometimes takes even about 30-40 sec. Previous releases always performed faster.

I just tested old ver27.4.1 x64 and it is lightning fast at opening on my windows 7, while newer versions - 27.4.2 and 27.5.0 take much more time.

Cant confirm 27.5.0 (x86) portable is slow

27.5.0/64 is very fast for me.
