I have latest version of portable Pale Moon.
Have no clue how to customize display also add icons of add ons.

I don't know if the portable version accept different icons, after all for some reason is portable (*a cascade of rotten tomatoes fall on*). Ack! You may try to see if the complete themes can put some trendy designs to your portable Pale Moon.
