Cannot use keyboards to navigate webpages

Since I updated to 26.2.X I cannot use parts of the keyboard to navigate webpages on the web. When I use the down arrow it put me at the bottom of the page, the up arrow at the top of the page. When I use Home or End nothing happens. I've checked with Firefox, IE and Chrome and I don't have these issues.

I use the 32 bits version of Pale Moon.

You have posted that you are using Pale Moon 26.2.X. The Pale Moon release 26.2.0 had some known navigation key problems that were fixed in v26.2.1 as you can see in this topic: 26.2.0 breaks keyboard navigation of menus.

I am using Pale Moon 26.2.2 (x86) and these navigation keys you have described do work as the should for me (I'm using the same OS as you).

My version has the latest version, 26.2.2, and it still does it.

Hello, Nothingness.
I use portable Pale Moon 26.2.2 (Win 7 x86) and have no problems with Up / Down arrow keys or Home or End keys. Is the problem limited to these keyboard functions, to navigating/scrolling up and down?

It's possible that some setting or extension is involved (a number of preferences affect scrolling and up/down navigation). Please extract a fresh copy of portable Pale Moon 26.2.2 and see if the issue persists with a completely new, unmodified profile.
