Went away for the weekend and have come back to this...

Any ideas on how to resolve it ?

Do you have any extensions that alter context menus? Add menu items etc?

Thanks for the question.

I found that disabling the following Add-on has fixed the problem:

Mozilla Archive Format, with MHT and Faithful Save 3.1.3

Also, you should really upgrade to the latest release of Pale Moon.
