Preferences/Privacy/Location Bar

It would be nice to be able to prioritise which results/suggestions appear on top, between History/Bookmarks/Open Tabs. This is not about enabling/disabling which is already possible.

There's a suggestion here...

Change location bar suggestions so it shows bookmarks first instead of most opened

...about tweaking some places.frecency.xxx values, but results are not consistent (and I think it is only relevant to Bookmarks).
