Few Bookmark improvements

1. When opening the Library window (Ctrl-Shift-B / Organize Bookmarks), it would be nifty to have the search bar instantly active, eliminating the need to go there with the mouse or press TAB. Workflow becomes faster easily.
2. When opening "Bookmark this Page" (Ctrl-D) and then the arrow next to 'Folder' to expand the window, it would be quite helpful for this window to be even larger or better yet, resizeable. When there are many folders+subfolders in the Bookmarks Menu, this small window becomes difficult to handle (lots of scrolling etc.).
