The General Support section has a stickie that gives guidance on what information to include when asking for support:

I would like to suggest putting the same (or comparable) stickie above the Basilisk support board.

We offer support for Basilisk now? THERE IS A SUPPORT BOARD?! Where?

Yes we offer support in as far as if people have questions we will likely answer them. "We" here being the community, not necessarily the devs.
