Firefox has a feature that allows you to change the screen size "on-the-fly", which I use all the time as I switch between websites with different resolutions and formatting.

Would this be something that others would find useful, as well?

That doesn't seem to be of much use for a regular user. Which feature are you talking about exactly? Looks like a developer tools option.
