Pale Moon forum

Hi! All browsers have a Downloads folder however, it would be great if Pale Moon can have a Downloading folder setting. That way, users can tell if a download is complete by expecting it in Downloads and in Downloading if not. This can be a better way of organizing download and downloading files. I'm not a programmer but I feel this minor additional tweak won't take too much time. More power to Pale Moon.

You can already tell if a download is complete or not, because incomplete files will not have the final file name.
