Most of users are not geeks, we spend most our time on google and youtube. We don’t need other ‘unused’ features and those features enlarge the memory consumption and slow down the browsing speed. Opera and k-meleon does some kind of work which can reduce the software size and made it more lightweight. I think maybe if you can make some reference on them.

It's most certainly possible to remove a lot of features to make Pale Moon a super-simple, light-weight browser. However, that is not, and has never been, our goal.
If you specifically need a light-weight browser with simple controls above all else, then you should probably look into alternatives that do have this as a main driving force for development.
