It would be great if Pale Moon supported the Global Menu of KDE Plasma 5.9

As far as I understood, there are two ways for doing that, one is specific to GTK+ 3 (see Unity) one to Qt 5. In Plasma 5.9 the Global Menu works for all Qt 5 based applications, even if they are not KDE specific (e.g. XnView MP, PCManFM-Qt etc.), thus it must be a procedure using a standard feature of Qt.

Pale Moon doesn't use Qt. It's a GTK application.
