Considering the possible demise of SeaMonkey, in the near future..
Recently discussed here:

..perhaps it would be a good idea to support it in the next version of PM's 'Profile Migration Tool'?

It's not possible to migrate suite data to a browser. You'd end up throwing a lot away, and a lot more is going to be ambiguous.
It's better if people coming from SeaMonkey manually export bookmarks and/or passwords and migrate to Pale Moon that way.
