Language plugin autoupdate

Each time when browser updates it falls down language to default and language plugin incompatible. And user needs to install the plugin manual.
Can you make another plugin that makes this task: check if language plugin for palemoon outdated and new version exists on palemoon.org ? Or other way - after browser updated it already goes to palemoon.org - add to this page one button to fast update language pack (selected by value of general.useragent.locale) if it does not start with "en".

And please, NEVER drop down general.useragent.locale to default value on update!

Since the browser will already open the Pale moon website after update, the only thing you need to do is go to download -> language packs and click on the one you need. That's 2 clicks.

Since general.useragent.locale is not touched when upgrading if user-set, no further action is required.
