The release of Pale Moon 32.2.1 is delayed until the start of next week.
Since there were no applicable Mozilla security issues this release the delay will not put anyone at unnecessary risk by delaying it until after the weekend.
This is due to the unexpected extended server outage of the server that holds the forum and various automatic update services. I'll post more details about the outage at a later point in time when I have enough information to put it all in a single, easy to digest post.
