The 64-bit versions of Pale Moon were initially packaged without the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 runtime DLLs
This has been an error in the packaging subroutine of the Mozilla source tree, that I didn't catch (since I have the libraries installed on all machines)
The dlls have been included in current downloads (except for maybe a mirror or two that needs updating).
If you run into the "msvcr100.dll not found" error because of this, download and install the redistributable package from Microsoft here:
