The Phoebus Panel (self-serve administration panel of the add-ons site) will be disabled until further notice Friday 2022-03-11, sometime in the evening, to facilitate the transition to the new Add-ons Site Software and changes in Pale Moon's targetApplication ID.
The transition may require resubmission of add-ons to the add-ons site after the transition is completed if certain minimum requirements are not met by the scripted process.
More detailed information will be forthcoming at the time of release.
