This is a standard development, bugfix and security update.

EDIT: Please note! For a brief period of time there were incorrect binaries published (32-bit in 64-bit marked downloads) for the 7z-archived and portable versions. This has been corrected, but if you were an eager downloader of either version you may have been served the wrong version. Please check the about box in Pale Moon to see whether your version is correct, and if not, please re-download.
This does not affect automatic updates or the installers, only the 64-bit archive versions and the 64-bit portable.
