The Portable versions have been updated to incorporate compacting techniques so they take less space on your stick (and will inherently load faster from slow media):

Pale Moon Portable 3.6.26a takes 42% less space when installed than 3.6.26
Pale Moon Portable 7.0.1a takes 50% less space when installed than 7.0.1

This compression is currently not yet possible for 64-bit, so the x64 portable will remain unchanged.
