Archive server is back up

The archive server is back up from a new location, but will not provide as extensive an archive from this day forward. Most notably, we will no longer host very old versions of the binaries, nor will we host the source code snapshots any longer that predate our use of git repositories.
We're keeping the latest binaries up for the previous two milestones in case people need it. Please note that this is a convenience service, and that using these old binaries bears considerable risk due to known vulnerabilities in the browser that have been patched in current versions.
Over time, the older stuff and the source snapshots will be uploaded to archive.org whose existence revolves around archiving (never one of our focuses).
