Reminder: Bounty program

This is a reminder that we have a bounty program for contributors who want to take on some of our challenges of porting/improving code.
There are currently 4 issues that are guaranteed eligible for a bounty:

Other open issues -may- also be eligible, but discuss it with me if you want to take something for payment.
