Sync server planned downtime on July 22nd

Our upstream provider has let us know that the Pale Moon Sync server will be powered off for maintenance for up to an hour on July 22nd, 12:00 UTC (8 AM Eastern).
During this maintenance window syncing data, registering accounts, etc. will not be possible, and the browser will display error messages; the status page will also not be available during this time.
