Visual Studio: Target reached!

Unread post by Moonchild » 2012-10-10, 08:19

Thank you, everyone, for your incredibly generous support in raising the amount needed for Visual Studio 2012 for future development of Pale Moon.
I never expected to see this kind of response, not only reaching the goal but reaching it in just 8 days!

All of the contributors will receive a special mention in the browser when the first version built with Visual Studio 2012 is released. Please note that this may yet take a little while because a change to VS2012 actually does require code changes, and Microsoft still has to release the update to the tools to be able to target Windows XP and Server 2003 platforms from the VS2012 compiler.

For now: All the best of thanks to the following people for chipping in:
Jason Sullivan, Bruno Langelaan, Anthony Grobe, Maximilian Magana, Travis Anderson, Michael Wakunda, Jose Arellano, Roger Taylor, David Wales, Aurimas Grigas, Ezio Aditore, John McNamara, Rógvi D. Clementsen, Temple Martin, David Khoo, Floyd Drennon, Ryan Clemens, Stephen May, Robert McLean, Michael Larsen, Will Rolison, Tracy Romine, Timothy Lamb, Alain McKinnon, Kentaro Uematsu, Marc Finerty, Damjan Gerl, Chris Chokan, Jeff Lee, Greg Stone, Ton Sonneveldt, Mark Ewald, Rick Lund, 春名 五月, Don Hay, Mirko Breßler and some people who prefer to remain anonymous.
