Unstable versions available!

Unread post by Moonchild » 2017-01-11, 11:57

As part of opening up our development more to the community and to be able to catch more bugs, we now have an unstable channel available for Pale Moon.

Please be aware that these versions are only meant for people familiar with running unstable software and are aware of the risks involved in doing so (e.g. data corruption, having the browser break/be unavailable/crash, etc.).

Please note:
  • These builds will be made available irregularly (approximately a new build every few days, but may be faster or slower) and they will be built from our development tip without official support of any kind.
  • Windows: These builds will in principle be 32-bit for Windows. These builds will automatically update from their own update channel.
  • Linux: Unstable builds for Linux will also be made available, but separately and possibly on a different schedule (depends entirely on our Linux maintainer). These will be 64-bit and will not automatically update.
