I have a bank listed which cannot be removed. Do not know how it got there either as I do not allow cookie keepers!

No error shows however when I 'delete'.

I have WebRoot Secure Anywhere ( a paid subscription recommended by my bank) and also run Spybot S & D occasionally.

Have you tested those same sites in a new, clean Profile?

A Brazilian Bank, called "Bradesco" - their business website uses Java as a "security plugin" (you can laugh now...)

PM 64 bits, Java 64 bits.
I found out if I set Java plugin to "always ask", it shows a dialog, and when I click "allow" the plugin runs.
If I set to "always allow" it doesn't.

...and Java won't run, so now I can't access my internet banking.

Curious, what bank is requiring Java?


What version of Java do you have installed?
Is it 32 or 64-bit? Is your PM 32 or 64-bit?

What does about:plugins show?
What does Addons Manager -> Plugins show?
