The problem is indeed related to the Adblock Latitude. I encountered it again on the site https://www.notik.ru/index/notebooks.htm, but recall your advice and turned off ABL. After that it works fine. Thanks a lot.

If you mean ads in\before video(not popups) you need to block some network querys by template. uMatrix can't do that. Silent Block (I use it) or Modify HTTP Response can. uMatrix is to NoScript what uBlock Origin is to AdBlock/AdBlock Plus.

Site works for me on Pale Moon 28.8.2, W7Pro 64 bit with Adblock Latitude and uBlockO.
