I'd say 98% pages load fine now, but not Google.com or Youtube.

Google/YouTube have been acting up a bit lately.
I've noticed this too, from my location.
It doesn't appear to be a Pale Moon problem.

Works for me in Pale Moon v28.4.1, both in 32-bit and 64-bit.
