Re: Czech veeo.cz - YT player not load PM27
Any specific reason why you use Flash for YouTube? For me, Flash videos looks better than HTML5: https://forum.palemoon.org/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=9828#p78281 https://forum.palemoon.org/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=9828#p78291 ..and to quote Pam Dixon (executive director of the World Privacy Forum): HTML5 open...

Since then, several critical and well known security flaws have been addressed.
The ESR branch has actually been discontinued:

From a security point of view, I'd strongly advice against that.Moonchild wrote:the solution there too was uninstall, and revert to v18 ESR

Works just fine for me, both when using Flash Player and HTML5.SGvagon wrote:Yes HTML5 works, but Flash player no.
I've got to press the Play button a couple of times though, for the videos to start.

Re: v27 has too many problems
v27 is not a release you'll want to install over an older version.
Perform a clean install, and your problems will probably be gone!:

Re: "Classic Downloads Window" does not seem to work
The text for the time remaining counter, on the Downloads button in the Navigation Toolbar, doesn't detect theme colors.
With my current settings, it's almost impossible to make out!

Re: Restored tabs can't be opened
I've noticed a similar problem when trying to restore tabs (Ctrl+Shift+T) with PM v27.0.0b3,x64. It doesn't seem to be related to the number of tabs though. For the most time, Ctrl+Shift+T works just fine, but sometimes it just won't work at all. Same thing when navigating my bookmarks.. Sometimes t...

Re: Microsoft joins the Linux Foundation
And without major sponsors, the Linux Foundation would be able to do... what exactly? Continue to be developed by the community, and kept at a low user share level, distancing itself from the prying eyes of the big companies. Privacy is pretty much nonexistent these days, and things are only gettin...

This is very bad news.
M$ should be denied membership!
Without doubt, they will work towards implementing their telemetry and spyware wherever it may be possible!!

The one posted by cartel still works:

PM v26.5.0 doesn't need this though.
It will even work without Firefox Compatibility mode.

Re: Warning: Web of Trust (WOT) harvests your data
Really, this comes as a surprise to you?
I've read nothing but warnings against using WOT for years!
Even at Firefox's add-ons site, people have been calling it a scam and begging Mozilla to remove it for as long as I can remember.
About time they finally took action!
