Good news is that with Flash Player v24.0.0.186, the freezing doesn't happen very often anymore.
In fact, it has only frozen once for me this far, so Adobe has definitey looked into this issue!

Unfortunately, the bug is still present when using Flash Player v24.0.0.186. :(

Confirmed.
When using 'Native' or 'Gecko' compatibility mode, SoundCloud works with MSE enabled.
When using 'Firefox' compatibility mode, it only works with MSE disabled.

SoundCloud doesn't work with MSE either:

Lots of problems with this feature.
It would probably be a good idea to have it disabled by default in the next version.

1. Shockwave has stopped working and to wait or stop what is not working. This happens a lot. I have reinstalled adobe flashwave to try to fix it, but that didn't work.
