Re: Java 7u10 plug-in not working in Pale Moon (x86)

When you update Java, unfortunately old versions are left on your system which can interfere with the updating process and/or correct functioning of new versions. The key is to completely uninstall Java and then install the latest version. You can do this via Control Panel, in Add - Remove Programs....

Re: Is this a JOKE?!!!

I am totally fed up with this and had to come here to report it, as i had thought that your many thousands of users would have reported this bug by now, or maybe they did but you ignored it. As a long standing Pale Moon user, I can personally vouch, any user reporting problems are never ignored, an...

Re: [SOLVED] Crashes every time I try to download anything

@squarepegger: If you're happy running FDM using Flashgot, fine but you can get the FDM Plugin 1.5.7.6 here if you want to try it - works fine for me: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefo ... /versions/

Re: Crashes every time I try to download anything

In order to get a convenient configurable listing of your extensions, plugins or themes, another option is to use: Extension list Dumper 1.15.2: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefo ... st-dumper/

Re: McAfee Site Advisor

Further research finds many poor reviews for MSA including this very negative report on excessive memory consumption: http://techdows.com/2012/02/mcafee-site ... ozila.html. Advise trying to find an alternative and one that is fully compatible with PM.

Re: McAfee Site Advisor

The Plug in should install into Firefox according to my search findings, although it is clear there are incommpatibility problems in later Fx versions. Presumably you have tried to download into Pale Moon without success? Unfortunately another problem is that not all Plugins and add-on's designed fo...

Re: Forum not available?

Appreciate there are ongoing forum hosting problems, but just to highlight, today has been very flaky with slow pages and several dropouts showing the ''Cloudflare Forum Offline'' page. Are any others getting this increasingly of late?

Re: Send Link

The send link is present in the right click context menu and selecting it works perfectly for me, using PM 15.3 x86 32bit version. Which one are you using? and has this recently occurred, such as after an upgrade to the new version maybe? Edit: @Blacklab: Removing the send link option from new Fx ve...

Which OS are you using? as PM 15.3 x64 is now only supported from Vista and above. Please have a look at this announcement: http://forum.palemoon.org/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=1647 and this recent thread: http://forum.palemoon.org/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=1664

Re: Add-ons don't seem to be updating automatically

I always manually check for add-on updates, but have modified the about:config entry anyway. Also, currently experimenting with Add-on Update Checker 2.1 which has several configuration options and apparently works independently of the built in add-on checker Might be worth a look, here is the link ...

Re: CloudFlare

I just can't believe that people can just advertise whatever they want and then simply not deliver, and that customers continue to take it... Sign of the times I'm afraid... the more customers wake up from their apathy and are prepared to stand up and be counted will give hope for all of us in the ...

Re: CloudFlare

I must say, the page loadup times do seem quicker now. Unfortunate about the intermittent outages which are an annoyance and not what you expected I'm sure, so often the case that you end up getting less than is promised in the advertising blurb.

Re: New website design

Easily enough to fix. ;) I can use the heavier font for it. It would have helped if you had told me this before (i.e.: WHY you preferred one over the other if it was a specific element) MC. For me either #3 or #4 is fine, just nitpicking really.... and you can't please all of the people all of the ...

Though the website does look better overall now it's live, I agree with bolder text for the top news area, that's why my first choice was #3... just!
