Do you have a way to get this done...?? The extension "Expire history by days" version 1.1.1-signed works nicely for that. Install it and set the number of days to 180 and it will delete your older history items in the background whilst Pale Moon is idle. It may take it a while to work through all ...

I am able to access my Comcast/Xfinity email just fine ... although there is a significantly noticeable delay between when I enter my credentials and when my webmail inbox finally shows up. Since that tab title is "Norton ConnectSafe" and that page shows the Belkin logo, that is where I would start. Are you using a Belkin router that uses Norton ConnectSafe?
