I might add I don't use the Address Bar/Navigation Bar to search for anything either. If I want to search for anything, I just go to Google or DuckDuckGo and use the search field/bar from their sites.

The current version of Windows 10 is version 1809 and the newest version of Windows 10 will be 1903 and it will be released by Microsoft next month (April of 2019).

The animation showing the moving radar, with Flash enabled in both linux and windows Pale Moon 28.4.0 works for me. The newest Flash I have installed in both linux and windows for Pale Moon is version (32.0.0.156).
